All custom grillz orders and custom-design deposits are final sale and non-refundable. Because each piece is hand-crafted to your individual mold and specifications, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Ready-to-Ship Pieces

Ready-to-ship pieces are also final sale and non-refundable. Every item is treated as a custom piece produced for you, so we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Moissanite Earrings Return Window

Moissanite earrings are eligible for return within 10 days of delivery. To qualify, the earrings must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in the same condition they were received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at miamiicedistrict@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your request and work with you on a replacement or resolution.

How to Request a Return for Moissanite Earrings

Email miamiicedistrict@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the earrings. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.
