1. Custom Orders & Manufacturing Deposits

• Design Process Initiation: Initiating a request via our Custom Design Wizard requires a mandatory, non-refundable deposit of $200.00.
• Application of Credit: This deposit functions entirely as a production credit and will be fully deducted from the final quoted invoice of your commissioned piece.
• Cancellations: Because custom jewelry involves upfront labor, custom modeling, and personalized material procurement, this deposit cannot be refunded or transferred under any circumstances once design consultation or production begins.

2. Intellectual Property & CAD Renders

All custom jewelry designs, 3D computer-aided design (CAD) models, website layouts, imagery, and logo assets generated by or displayed on Miami Ice District remain the exclusive intellectual property of Miami Ice District. Commissioning a custom piece grants you the right to purchase the finished physical product, but does not transfer ownership rights of the digital source files, molds, or design silhouettes to the buyer for replication elsewhere.

3. Pricing & Market Volatility

Estimates provided via our online price calculators are baseline approximations reflecting current market valuations for precious metals (such as gold or silver) and gemstones. Final formal quotes are locked in only upon layout approval and invoice issuance. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or adjust catalog prices to account for gold market fluctuations before a deposit is formally collected.

4. Limitation of Liability & Care

Miami Ice District is not liable for structural damage, broken prongs, or stone loss resulting from everyday wear, accidental drops, improper cleaning, or sport-related impact. Custom-fitted mouthpieces (Grillz) are designed strictly for cosmetic fashion use and should be maintained carefully according to our provided care instructions.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this storefront will be settled within the appropriate jurisdiction of Miami-Dade County courts.
